Rustic inside, with candles and tea light lanterns for when darkness falls. Plenty of rugs underfoot, a comfy sofa (which can also be a large single bed) and a big wood-burner which belts out the heat on chilly evenings. It's lovely to doze in here with a book and a hot chocolate, or one of Walter’s hand-picked and handmade small batch Speyside gins. Up the wide ladder you'll find your bedroom, with a little window for enjoying your surroundings. When the sun shines you have 200 acres of natural woodland and pasture to explore on a large estate bordered by the river Spey.
